SHIPPING POLICY

A.P. VIN will direct-ship only to states that allow direct shipping of wines. Certain States prohibit wineries from shipping directly to their customers. In the event that your order involves this restriction we will contact you via email to obtain an alternate shipping address. Many of our clients who live in States which prohibit Direct Shipment of Alcoholic beverages have arranged to have their wine sent to friends or relatives in States where shipment is permitted. A current list of state guidelines is available on the Wine Institute web page – www.wineintstitute.org.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.

MA and ND orders will be shipped via a 3rd party shipper that complies with direct shipping to those States. Picking a neighboring State that allows direct shipment is preferred and advised.

Weather Issues: To avoid temperature extremes during transit, we shall suspend shipments at our discretion and hold your purchased wine at no charge until it is safe to ship. Shipments to FL, NM, TX, AZ, NV and CA (Southern CA) may be suspended until November or December, depending on weather.

Disclaimer: Due to unpredictable weather and delivery issues, A.P. VIN will not be held liable for loss or damage to shipments with “Ship To” destinations in states not listed on our direct-ship list.

Wine can ONLY be delivered to a person who is 21 years of age and older. All packages will be labeled “Adult signature required.” It is your responsibility to make arrangements for the proper receipt of your wine order.
