A.P.VIN is an artisanal California Pinot Noir producer cultivating world class vineyards for small batch, handcrafted wines. Grapes are allowed to ripen to physiological ripeness to ensure peak flavors and structure.

After harvest the grapes are 100% de-stemmed and crushed. Once fermentation commences the wine is gently pressed and placed into a variety of new and old French oak barrels including Rémond and Seguin Moreau barrels from various forests. With minimal intervention and eleven months of aging, the grapes are allowed to show their true colors and flavors in the final wine.
